Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Icon Auto Hub LLC. including the purchase of vehicles, scheduling of service appointments, and use of our website or physical location.

By accessing our services or doing business with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Services Offered

We offer the following services:


  • Retail sale of new and/or used vehicles.
     
  • Auto repair and maintenance services.
     
  • Vehicle diagnostics and parts replacement.
     
  • Financing and trade-in assistance (if applicable).
     
  • Online scheduling, communication, and service tracking.
     

2. Vehicle Sales Terms

  • All vehicle sales are subject to availability and prior sale.
     
  • We reserve the right to refuse any sale at our discretion.
     
  • Prices listed do not include applicable taxes, title, registration, inspection fees, or delivery charges unless explicitly stated.
     
  • Vehicles are sold “as-is” unless a written warranty or guarantee is provided at the time of sale.
     
  • Buyers are encouraged to inspect vehicles before purchasing. We are not responsible for undiscovered issues post-sale unless covered under a specific warranty.
     

3. Repair and Service Terms

  • Estimates provided prior to service are approximations. Final charges may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle and parts required.
     
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage that is not reported or visible during intake.
     
  • Customers must approve all additional work beyond the original estimate before it is performed.
     
  • We are not liable for loss or damage to vehicles left beyond [X] days after completion of service. Storage fees may apply.
     

4. Payment Terms

  • All services and vehicle sales must be paid in full before the release of the vehicle.
     
  • We accept cash, debit, credit cards, certified checks, and third-party financing (subject to approval).
     
  • Returned checks or failed payments may be subject to fees.
     
  • A deposit may be required to hold vehicles or schedule certain services.
     

5. Website Use and Online Services

  • Your use of our website must comply with all applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
     
  • Do not use our site for unlawful or abusive activities, including false inquiries or spamming.
     
  • We are not responsible for third-party links or content accessed through our site.
     

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or the purchase/use of any vehicle or service.


7. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Unless expressly stated in writing, all vehicles and services are provided “as-is,” with no warranties other than those required by law.
     
  • Any manufacturer warranties or third-party warranties are subject to the terms of the issuing party.
     

8. Returns and Refunds

See our Return Policy below for details on eligible returns or service adjustments.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clay County, Florida.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting.

Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 20 2025


We strive to provide quality vehicles and repair services. However, we understand that sometimes issues arise. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.


1. Vehicle Sales – Return Policy

  • All vehicle sales are final.
     
  • We do not offer returns or refunds on used or new vehicles once the sale is completed, unless required by law.
     
  • If your vehicle includes a return window or exchange policy (as stated in writing at the time of sale), it must be returned within that window in the same condition as sold.
     
  • Any deposit made to hold a vehicle is non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing.
     

2. Service and Repairs – Return/Redo Policy

  • If you are unsatisfied with a repair or service, please notify us within 7 days or 300 miles of the service date, whichever comes first.
     
  • We will re-inspect the issue and, if determined to be due to a fault in parts or workmanship, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.
     
  • This does not cover issues unrelated to the original repair or problems caused by misuse, neglect, or further damage after the repair.
     

3. Parts

  • OEM and special-order parts may be non-refundable once ordered.
     
  • Returned parts (if eligible) must be unopened, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of purchase. A restocking fee may apply.
     

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
     
  • Refunds will not be issued for diagnostic fees or labor already performed unless deemed inappropriate or in error.
     

5. Cancellations

  • Service or sales appointments can be canceled without penalty .
     
  • Vehicle holds or deposits may not be refundable upon cancellation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
